La Piòpa, one of the jewels of our vineyards located in the heart of Bellussi, spans over 14 hectares. Made up of three adjacent vineyards extending towards the Secchia River, with the last one only 300 meters away from it, each farm transmits unique characteristics thanks to its soil composition. Situated between Soliera and Limidi, La Piòpa stands in one of the most renowned areas for the Lambrusco di Sorbara production, with vines that boast an average age of 80 years.

This is where La Piòpa is produced, a pure Lambrusco di Sorbara, an excellence representing the authenticity of the territory. The grapes from this vineyard are also used for our sulfite-free Lambrusco, Siepi Campestri, and a significant part is employed in the production of must for our Fiorini Family Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.

The label comes from La Piòpa, the name by which we people from Modena call the Ghirlandina. Therefore, it is a timeless symbol encapsulating the history and tradition of our territory.
