Our philosophy

We are committed to organic and biodynamic farming, promoting sustainability and respect for the environment. We manually pick the grapes and have adopted ICEA-certified organic cultivation methods since 2019, to ensure responsible and high-quality oenological excellence.

Taking a tour with wine tasting of this winery is a really interesting experience. The tasting, paired with cold cuts and cheeses, includes several wines, and there is also the opportunity to take a tour of the vinegar factory with balsamic vinegar tasting.
