Siepi Campestri is produced in the historic vineyard of Soliera, cultivated with care and passion from our old vines of Sorbara, Salamino and varieties of Maestri and Uva d’oro.
Our grapes are hand-picked in 15-kilogram boxes and subjected to a 2-day maceration at low temperatures in contact with the skins, thus keeping their unique characteristics intact. The must, kept at a temperature of 0° until frothed and bottled, guarantees the freshness and integrity of our wine.
